The Millennium Development Goals set a target year of 2015 for halving the proportion of people without sustainable access to safe drinking water. In order to achieve this goal infrastructure systems are to be rehabilitated and extended in order to reach the relevant people. Sustainable solutions require the close cooperation with the beneficiaries, the local authorities and local consulting companies and a careful planning in terms of socio-economic, financial and technical capabilities.

In this respect, the efforts of Dornier-Schneider Consulting is to contribute to this challenging Millennium goal by offering its services in the required fields of infrastructure development, with special regard to water supply, sewerage and the associated field of waste management.

Dornier-Schneider Consulting provides all engineering services required for a comprehensive approach and for project planning and realisation, adapted to the particular conditions at site and according to state of the art. All the necessary skills - civil, mechanical, electrical and automation - can be provided in-house, together with all related studies and accompanying measures.
